Introducing the Equipment Finance Broker CRM: Lease Calculator, Buyouts, Vendors & 5-Stage Pipeline

2026-04-26

A purpose-built CRM for equipment finance brokers — with a lease calculator that handles $1 buyouts, 10% FMV, deferred payments, and a 5-stage pipeline from Lead to Portfolio.

Most brokers run their deals out of a spreadsheet, a notes app, and three browser tabs. That works until you have five live deals, two vendors emailing you stips, and a borrower asking what their payment looks like at 48 vs 60 months on a 10% FMV.

Today we''re launching the next generation of the Equipment Finance Broker CRM — built specifically for the way equipment finance deals actually move.

What''s new

1. A real lease calculator on every deal

Open any deal in your Pipeline and you''ll see a full lease calculator that supports the four structures you actually quote:

  • EFA (Equipment Finance Agreement) — full amortization, ownership from day one.
  • FMV Lease — true lease with an estimated fair-market residual.
  • $1.00 Buyout Lease — full amortization, ownership transfers automatically.
  • 10% FMV / Purchase Option — balloon payment automatically calculated as 10% of equipment cost.

It instantly compares 24, 36, 48, 60, and 72-month terms side by side, so you can ship a borrower three options in one screen instead of recalculating in Excel.

2. Deferred payments — done right

Toggle Deferred Payment and pick 30, 60, 90, or 120 days. The calculator capitalizes the interest accrued during the deferral period and shows you the new effective monthly payment. No more eyeballing it.

3. 5-stage pipeline you can actually report on

Every deal now rolls up into one of five operational stages: Lead → Underwriting → Approval → Funding → Portfolio. The granular sub-statuses (App Sent, App Received, Credit Approved, Docs Out, Funded) still drive the day-to-day, but you finally have a clean way to answer "how much do I have in funding right now?"

4. Submission-ready document checklist

Each deal gets an automated document checklist tracking the seven items every lender asks for: signed credit app, three months bank statements, business tax returns, equipment invoice or quote, owner''s ID, voided check, and certificate of insurance. Color-coded badges flag deals that are missing more than three items so you know what to chase before you submit.

5. Vendor mini-CRM

Equipment vendors are a relationship business. Save your dealer contacts once — company, contact, specialty, phone, email, website — and link them to deals. No more digging through old emails to find the salesperson at that CAT dealer.

Why this matters

Equipment finance brokers don''t need another generic CRM. They need a tool that understands the difference between an EFA and an FMV lease, that knows what a 10% buyout balloon is, and that doesn''t make you re-enter the same borrower five times.

This CRM was built by brokers, for brokers. Every field, every stage, every calculation came from a real deal that almost fell apart because something was tracked in the wrong place.

Get started in under 5 minutes

  1. Open the CRM and add your first prospect.
  2. Click "To Pipeline" to convert them into a live deal.
  3. Set the equipment cost, pick a finance type, and the calculator handles the rest.
  4. Tick off the document checklist as items come in.
  5. Hit "Submit to Equipment Finance Market Exchange" and you''re funded.
